Hey it has been a while so many apologies. Saveria and I have been getting in the swing of training again and things are going well. We had a fundraiser at our local pizza place where we watched the Ironman world championship and with the help of our friends and teammates it was a great success. We had many generous friends donate our door prizes which made the commercial breaks as exciting as the race.
Saveria and i are off for some altitude training while we visit Peru and hike to Mahu Picchu for the new year. We hope everyone has a great holiday and gets sme rest, cause this 2010 is going to be busy.
